This wine is made from Koshu grapes harvested in Katsunuma-cho, Koshu-shi, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan's largest grape-producing region. In addition to the sweet aroma of grapefruit, yuzu, and quince, it also has a spicy aroma and a soft acidity. Grapes grown in Katsunuma's soil, which contains pebbles, sand, and clay, produce a well-balanced wine.
