It is brewed in a well-balanced way using "Muscat Bailey A" and "Black Queen", which were bred through selective breeding by founder Zenbei Kawakami. It won a bronze medal at the 2018 Japan Wine Competition. The gorgeous aroma of Muscat Bailey A and the elegant and delicate fruitiness. A refreshing acidity that brings out the flavor of the food.
