Bright and radiant, with a slight green-yellow color. It features a sweet aroma with a refreshing coolness, like biting into a freshly picked Muscat. It has a pleasant taste with a fruity taste that overflows in the mouth, a slightly subdued but crisp acidity, and an elegant aroma that spreads afterwards. We paid particular attention to the blend ratio to make the most of the unique sweet aromatic fragrance. We also used yeast that brings out the nuances of fresh fruit. We used Delaware, which has a gorgeous aroma, and Niagara, which has a sour yet elegant sweetness, to create a medium-tasting wine.
