This dry red wine is made from Merlot harvested in Matsumotodaira, Nagano Prefecture, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then finished in non-barriques (without oak barrels). It features the gorgeous fruitiness and refreshing acidity of Merlot. Merlot is generally aged in barrels, but we wanted to let you enjoy the inherent goodness of high-quality Merlot, so we finished this wine without barrel aging. The aroma is simply gorgeous, with various aromas such as plum, black berry, and rose elegantly combined, and you will be instantly transported to the world of wine.
