This is a seasonal Ginjo, where you can enjoy naturally aged, making use of an excellent storage environment in a brick store that has been built for 100 years of pure rice ginjo sake using "Shizuku no Shizuku" from Yamaguchi Prefecture. It has a sweet scent like maple and a umami like a fruit that is easy to understand, and is refreshing and sharp. It is a delicious Junmai Ginjo sake, whether it is chilled, at room temperature, or warms.
