This new variety was born in Shizuoka, the birthplace of "Akihime" and "Benihoppe", after 17 years of trial and error.
Currently, cultivation is only permitted in Shizuoka, so this strawberry is still quite rare.
It has a fruity aroma, elegant sweetness and just the right amount of acidity. The flesh is not too soft, but has just the right firmness and a crisp texture.
