Condensed raisin aroma and rich sweetness
This is an extremely sweet type of sherry made from sun-dried Pedro Jimenez grapes. Aged in 500 liters of American oak barrels for over 3 years. It is a dark mahogany color, and has a velvety mouthfeel, and a concentrated raisin aroma and rich sweetness.
