About ordering
Is gift wrapping and gift tags available?
We only accept gift wrapping orders for gift sets .
You can specify the type of wrapping paper and whether or not to include a gift tag on the product page.
*We do not accept gift orders that consist of individual items or wrapping for individual items.
Do you have paper bags?
We have four types of paper bags available (charges apply).
You can purchase as many items as you want.
Paper bag mini (180mm wide x 240mm long x 80mm deep)
Small paper bag (220mm wide x 260mm long x 100mm deep)
Medium paper bag (320mm wide x 300mm long x 110mm deep)
Large paper bag (320mm wide x 440mm long x 140mm deep)
Can I choose a single product that is not gift-wrapped to give as a gift?
We do not accept gift orders that consist of individual items or wrapping for individual items.
It's a gift so please don't include an invoice.
If the delivery address is different, an invoice will not be enclosed.
I haven't received an order completion email.
・An order completion email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered during the purchase process.
・If you do not receive an order completion email, please check your junk mail as it may have been sorted into your spam folder.
・Depending on your security settings, you may not be able to receive emails from "@roji-nhb.jp". Please make sure that you set up your email settings to receive emails from "@roji-nhb.jp".
Changes and Cancellations
We do not accept changes or cancellations after the product has been shipped.
Regarding product returns and defects
・Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
・If the product is defective, damaged, soiled, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us and return it to us by cash on delivery. If we have the product in stock, we will exchange it for a good product. If we do not have the product in stock, we will refund your money.
・If you wish to return an item, please contact us using the inquiry form within 5 days of receiving the item. We will contact you with details on how to return the item. Please note that we will not be able to accept your return if we do not receive your contact within 5 days of receiving the item.
About the cooling off period

Can I change the sender?
You can change the sender by checking "Set as sender" in the editing menu of "My Page - Delivery address". If you are the sender yourself, please note that if you set someone else, your name and address will not be printed on the shipping label.
Payment
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Please note that changes cannot be made.
Can I get a receipt even after the product arrives?
If you are a registered member, you can issue a receipt from "Purchase History" on your My Page . Please note that receipts can only be printed out after the product has been shipped.
*The receipt will be addressed to the name registered with ROJI Online.
If you would like the item to be sent to a name other than the one you registered (such as a company name), please submit your request by filling in the "Name" and "Notes" in the "Request for Order" field in the cart or via our inquiry form. We will send you an email after the item has been shipped.
How do I use a coupon?
When you proceed to the purchase procedure, a field for entering the coupon code will appear, so please enter the coupon code directly or select an available coupon. (The coupon will expire at the end of the month following the issue date.)
About Shipping
When is the expected arrival date?
As a general rule, we will ship your order within six business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, the New Year's holiday, and the Obon holiday) from the date of your order.
*Please note that we may not be able to deliver on your specified date and time.
Can I check the delivery status?
We will send you an email to inform you that your order has been shipped to the email address you registered. The email will include the tracking number on the shipping slip, so please check there.
Can I change the delivery date and time after completing my purchase?
Please contact us using the inquiry form.
*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Can I change the delivery address after completing my purchase?
We cannot change the delivery address after the product has been shipped. (If you need to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, please contact the delivery company. In that case, an additional shipping fee may be charged, so please check with the delivery company.)

About regular purchases
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once a subscription has been purchased, it cannot be canceled until the selected period has elapsed.
After the applicable period has elapsed, you can cancel your subscription from My Page at any time you wish.
Do I need to order every month?
With one order, payment will be made automatically every month and the product will be delivered to you.
*If you use a credit card, your order will be suspended once the expiration date has passed. please note.
Can I cancel my regular purchase?
Once you have purchased a subscription, you cannot cancel it in the middle. note that.
Can I send other products together?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept combined shipping of regular mail and other products. note that.
