Highly ripe Chardonnay grown on our own farm is given depth and complexity in its flavor by using several different brewing techniques, and then sur lie is performed, and the wine is given depth by combining it with careful batonnage (stirring of the lees). In 2019, we were blessed with good weather and were able to harvest high-quality grapes with high sugar content. We took into consideration the compatibility with the barrels and yeast and reflected this in the flavor. This is an elegant wine with a deep flavor that surpasses past vintages. [ ]
