A blend of Merlot grown on shelves in Takabatake Town and Cabernet Sauvignon from Yamagata Prefecture. In 2018, we were blessed with good weather and were able to harvest grapes with high sugar content and high ripeness. We devised a different brewing method for each field, and the mouthfeel is gentle and impressive with concentrated black fruit flavors and moderate tannins.
