Focusing on the compatibility of "black syrup" and "black beer," we teamed up with Eitaro Sohonpo , which was founded in the Edo period, and Ishikawa Sake Brewery to develop a product with the most balanced ratio.
It uses a generous amount of black syrup made from Okinawan brown sugar, and five types of malt: Pilsen, Munich, caramel, chocolate, and black. The brewing water is from underground water in the Chichibu mountains. Enjoy the deep, exquisite flavor of the elegant sweetness of Eitaro Sohonpo's black syrup and the richness of Ishikawa Shuzo's Dunkel (dark beer).

It is also recommended for occasions such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Valentine's Day, White Day, and cherry blossom viewing.
