Cider made from rare "Nagano Prefecture red-fleshed apples"
Have you heard of red-fleshed apples?
As you can see in the picture, red-fleshed apples are apples whose flesh is red. They are rare apples, as they are not produced in large numbers in Japan. This time, we used four types of red-fleshed apples from Nagano Prefecture: Quilt Pink, Nakano no Kirameki, Nakano Shinku, and Fuyusaika.
After three years of hard work, we've finally created a cider we're happy with!
