"MAI DIRE MAI" is an Italian phrase that means "NEVER SAY NEVER" in English, and is a new project for Pasqua to produce the highest quality red wine. This premium wine, which Pasqua is proud of, is made using only high-quality grapes grown in their own vineyard "MONTEVEGRO", which has a perfect terroir in terms of altitude, sunlight, and soil, and has the potential for long-term aging.

A highly concentrated wine with great structure, elegance and power. It is still young but has great personality. Powerful aromas of dried leaves, morello cherries, cedar and cocoa with hints of leather. Rich and complex with a warm, enveloping mouthfeel, ripe black fruits, cloves, dark chocolate and mocha. Remarkable acidity gives it a very complex and fresh taste. It has firm tannins but also a long, elegant and charming finish, making it an Amarone with the potential for long aging.
