"Super Bianco" was born after six years of work aiming to produce an unparalleled white wine from Veneto, one of Italy's leading wine-producing regions. It uses grapes grown in Monte Calvarini, a field with mineral-rich volcanic soil at an altitude of 600 meters in the Soave region, a representative white wine producing region of Veneto. It is a rare "multi-vintage" wine for Italian white wine, blending four of the best vintages of the past 10 years, 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2017, and is a complex wine with the potential for long-term aging. The innovative label is a classic Soave label that was previously used, with bold colors and a handwritten message by French contemporary artist CB Hoyo.

The wine has a slightly muted pale yellow to straw yellow color. It has a medium to strong viscosity. It has a very high ageing potential. The wine has a unique complexity and structure due to the skillful combination of vintages with different characteristics. Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness, floral aromas and firm minerality from the volcanic soil. The different vintages give the wine a continuous taste of chamomile flowers, hazelnuts, citrus and tropical fruits.
