"From Tradition to Innovation: A New Wind for Piedmont, Italy"
Ricossa's history originated in a winery built by Lorenzo Ricossa on the edge of Asti in the late 1800s.
It is said that many visitors to the area at the time stopped at the winery and enjoyed Piedmont wines.

Today, the Ricossa brand has been handed down by MGM and is enjoyed around the world.
MGM is a relatively new company founded in 1991 and is based in Priocca (Piemonte) near Asti and Forli (Emilia-Romagna) near Bologna.
