We use small, highly ripe Muscat Bailey A grapes from contracted farmers in Takabatake Town, and saigne them to extract concentrated flavor and tannins. The honey-like aroma and subtle toasty aroma combine to create a gentle mouthfeel with a lingering aftertaste of voluminous, moderate tannins.
