This rich white wine is made from multiple contract-grown Chardonnays from Takahata Town, divided into lots, and fermented in stainless steel using multiple yeasts. The gorgeous citrus aroma and the dense pear-like aroma are reminiscent of ripe grapes. The attack is as smooth as grapes, with a rich sweetness, and the acidity is mild, resulting in a very drinkable, dry white wine.
