[Unsulfited] means "wine brewed without the addition of sulfites" in English, and is a "gift from the earth" made possible only by the healthy grapes grown in Takahata Town. Carefully brewed using carefully selected Chardonnay grapes from Takahata Town, without the use of any sulfurous acid. This dry wine has a refreshing and crisp taste with the fruity aroma unique to the Chardonnay variety, reminiscent of apples, pears, and white peaches.
