Baked shabu in summer, warm shabu in winter. "Beef tongue", which is popular as yakiniku and stewed dishes, is made into shabu -shabu. Usually, cows are often cut, but from tongue, where you can enjoy the flavor and texture, to the soft and moderate fat riding and the tongue, you can taste it with a single beef tan slice. Slice vertically. A set of "Shio -Pon Vinegar" using Kume Minami fruit juice from Okayama Prefecture, developed in -house for this product. Salty -vinegar with confidence that further enhances the taste of beef tongue.
