Mont Blanc is topped with dice cut chestnuts and powdered sugar on Mont Blanc bean paste, which contains chestnut paste in a special custard mousse. Tiramisu uses egg yolk and natural cheese (mascarpone). You can enjoy the melting texture in your mouth.
